2. Digital Goods and Delivery

WebWallet specializes in the delivery of digital goods, including but not limited to gaming gift cards, software subscriptions, and digital services (e.g., social media boosting).

• Instant Delivery: Codes marked as instant will be revealed in your Digital Vault upon successful payment verification.
• Manual Fulfillment: Certain services (like Facebook Boosts) require manual processing. Our team aims to fulfill these orders within the timeframe specified on the product page.
• You are responsible for ensuring the correct email address is provided during checkout to track and receive your order.

3. Payment and Verification

All payments are processed securely via manual bKash and Nagad transactions. Orders will remain in a "PENDING" status until our administrative team verifies the Transaction ID (TrxID) provided during checkout. WebWallet reserves the right to cancel any order if the transaction cannot be verified or is suspected of fraud.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Codes

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital gift cards and activation codes are final and non-refundable once the code has been revealed or delivered to your account.

Refunds will only be issued in the following scenarios:

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to out-of-stock inventory.
• You request a cancellation before the payment is verified and the codes are revealed.
• The provided digital code is proven to be invalid prior to delivery (subject to our internal verification with the supplier).

5. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. WebWallet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
